A monarchy in the US would just move the role of Head of State to a King or Queen. Then it would just be a constitutional monarchy, so no other change to the US would take place.

The King's/Queen's speech is even written by the Prime Minister. Our PM is not Head of State, King Charles is. In the US, the PM is called a President and the Head of State is the President. So at the moment, you have a Paedophile in both roles.
