More than 1 java version on my computer? help

i want to know if i can have more than 1 java version installed. this last java update, 8.25, is working on every site except games.com. games.com sayis it cant connect with 8.25 and i need to install 7.0. can i install 7.0 just for games.com and 8.25 will work for every other site?

Basically, it's not worth trying.

That is, it's theoretically possible, but it's complicated. Installing the two java versions in different folders so they don't overwrite, getting web browsers to see both plugins, then manually activating one plugin and deactivating the other when you want to change versions. Unless you absolutely can't live without games.com, I wouldn't bother.

Why don´t you simply do it and see what happens? In case of need, you can reinstall it.

i just logged onto game colony and they have a new message that says they have a java 8.25 addon to download.
