Get the same type of rifle, on a similar size roof with Sunlight from same direction;
Then place a lifesize figure Trumps size and with head turned towards you, on a similar podium elevation.
Set-up a movie camera/video camera, high speed, constant record.

Now start firing shots at your Trump target and post results. Such as;
How many shots missed completely ?
How many shots head the head or other body part?
How many shots taken before you graze the right ear, as actually happened ?*
* Assumes a non-sniper trained professional, which you aren't, can replicate the event exactly.
