Now the left wants to argue policy after spending so long merely calling Trump a poopyhead
But the campaign is over and so is the debate
We won and its time to stop arguing and start making America great
Some of us have been arguing policy all along. Some of issued warnings. You Trump bootlickers were not interested. You were glued to FOX news, Facebook, watching Tik Tok videos, and yeah, posting Fake News reactions to anyone that would attempt to provide you some input into Trump's policies.
I mean some of Trump's appointments are laughable. Except they are not funny, they are dangerous. Remember all that talk about "weaponizing" the Department of Justice? Gaetz got the job because he said he would make heads roll, and he wasn't talking about organized crimes or gang leaders, he was talking about Trump's political enemies. Obviously, weaponizing the Department of Justice is now damn fine and dandy.
And the swamp, the Deep State, big money's influence on politics. I mean it was pretty bad back in the day when the Koch's were doing the influencing. And seriously, all this talk about woke, DEI, and left leaning universities. It is projection, period. Charles Koch has been influencing universities for decades. Donating millions to their endowments, but with strings, like requiring all business majors to read Atlas Shrugged--a screed so poorly written that the requirement really amounts to torture.
But now, two flippin billionaires, and both of them from South Africa no less, Apartheid South Africa even, have an extraordinary amount of influence. Peter Theil and Elon Musk. I mean some of their viewpoints are downright scary, you guys wouldn't know.
Robert Kennedy heading up the Department of Health and Human Services. A vaccine opponent. Look, I want to repeat that, a vaccine opponent. Did you notice, all the stocks of companies that produce vaccines tanked last week. No, you didn't notice. So, first prediction, we will be losing hundreds of lives, many of them infants and young children, to diseases we thought were banished from this earth. Measles, polio, hell, whooping cough.
And one thing is becoming clear. I mean I knew it was going to happen, just didn't think it would be this fast or this blatant. The poor, the lower part of the middleclass, the workers. You know, the ones working the drive through at McDonalds, the Walmart cap team members that stock the shelves, the convenient store manager that works sixty to eighty hours a week and sells you your lottery scratch-off. They are going to get hammered. And I am starting to think there is a dark undertone to this whole thing, population control.
Make no mistake about it. People are going to DIE. Not hundreds of people, probably not even thousands of people. Hundreds of thousands of people are going to DIE. Rather it is from drug overdoses, and I bet none of you Trump supporters know this, deaths from drug overdoses have decreased at a record breaking pace under Biden, that shit is going to turn around, you can bet your ass. Suicides, one of the driving forces behind the declining life expectancy, and I think it is so ironic, that declining life expectancy is most pronounced amount white males with a high school diploma or less, the core component of Trump's supporters.
You see, Trump, and really, many of his most prominent supporters, especially when it comes to campaign contributions and efforts, like Musk and Theil. Well you remember Obama and "you did not build this". Nope, these people, and especially Trump, think they really did "build this". And what is really sad, I mean just sad, is that you Trump supporters actually believe that bullshit. I pray to God you don't have any people working for you.
My grandfather was raised a migrant farm worker, one of 16 children. SIXTEEN, from one woman. What a woman. He basically started with nothing, and build a huge estate, hundreds of acres of some of the finest farmland in the country. Black soil, honestly, you could almost eat the soil. Bottom land, another thing you guys have no concept of. And damn near half of it he got handed to him across a poker table. But, I was pretty old when I found out, he could not read or write and had less than an eighth grade education. He married up, a long standing American tradition, ask George Washington.
When he died, well it was the largest reception I have ever seen, until Dad passed away. Hundreds of people, it was endless as I stood in the receiving line beside my father, as the oldest grandchild. He leaned over and whispered in my ear, "You see all these people, they are the salt of the Earth, don't you ever forget that". Trump, many of his supporters, they have no idea of the "salt of the earth", hell, they don't even know where the phrase comes from. Do you? Nope, they think they built it.
