This is one way to promote gun safety...make it less expensive for people to be safe. I would, however, expect the various anti gun extremist groups to protest making guns safer. After all, they need dead people. Without dead people, they can't create the emotions needed to get their ineffective gun laws passed. And until they get ineffective gun laws passed that do not reduce gun violence, then they can't push for even more ineffective gun laws and finally call for just banning guns.....

They need dead people..especially kids, to get this done.....
