The idea of meth dealers primarily being poor, white, and Southern is a myth. Drug cartels are more involved in the manufacture and sale of methamphetamine than people realize. This bust in Minnesota yielded almost a half a ton.

"Two men were arrested on Monday after law enforcement seized nearly 900 pounds of suspected methamphetamine worth approximately $1.7 million — in what authorities are calling "one of the largest meth busts in Minnesota history."

"[Nine hundred pounds] of meth seized during two traffic stops in Minnesota yesterday, in a hit targeting drug trafficking rings you’ll hear about soon," FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino wrote in a post on X on Tuesday. "We’re finding them and crushing their operations. More to come. Thanks to our [U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration] partners for the coordination."

Two men, 46-year-old Joel Casas-Santiago and 44-year-old Guillermo Mercado Chaparro, are facing charges for their alleged involvement in the crime, FOX 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul reported...."

Not dealers but an inordanate amount of meth users are under educated nd under employed white people.

They hav much in common with the inner city poor.

In 2015-2018, past-year methamphetamine use was highest among White and Hispanic males. Non-Hispanic White adults had the highest past-year use rate per 1,000 people (7.5), followed by Hispanic adults (6.7) and other non-Hispanic races (5.6). American Indians/Alaska Natives showed the highest prevalence and increase in overdose deaths in recent years. There was also a tenfold increase in methamphetamine use disorder (without injection) among Black individuals between 2015 and 2019.

Yep, a gun shop owner told me yesterday that he was going to a place in WV to pick-up a Civil War gun collection and I told him not to stop anywhere unless someone could stay in the vehicle due to the meth/pillbillys there breaking into unattended vehicles. Property crime is off the charts in WV.

The cops there do very little about it because all families are affected by drug addiction. The only respite they get is when one gets deaded by a victim.
