This man was originally apprehended in 2005 and deported back to Honduras. He reentered at a later date and was arrested in 2013 on a DUI in Long Island. He was detained by ICE, had a deportation order, but was set free three months later under the Alternatives to Detention program with officials then losing track of him. He was arrested again in October 2024, but was freed by the Biden Administration because his deportation "wasn't a priority." Now, he's killed a young woman.
This is the scenario we keep seeing time and time again, whether it's with illegals or citizens. People arrested over and over and turned loose over and over due to a weak justice system that puts the welfare of criminals over the welfare of the victims. Over and over these multiple slaps on the wrist eventually conclude with a homicide, just like the Charlotte train murderer and plenty of others.
We just had a judge here in Las Vegas give a woman who fired a gun at a crowd on the Strip because she didn't like a joke somebody made four years probation. She easily could have killed someone. What will happen next time?
