Man Arrested for Trying to Pay Taxes! Shocking Truman Courthouse Incident!

whats this country come to when a man not only gets arrested for trying to pay his taxs but gets thrown face first on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back by the people getting paid by those taxs??

and this is not a young man that can handle that kind of violence,,
luckily he didnt suffer severe injury,,

I have gone in this exact same building several times to pay my taxs and other things and not once been asked for ID,,

what changed??

I plan on calling the sheriff and the courthouse to ask that question
