Shapiro is not really aligned with Trump any more. He's more of a partisan hack who believes in supporting Republicans for the sole reason they aren't Democrats.

Shapiro opposes Trump's tariffs, Trump's war in Iran, Trump's unqualified hack political appointees, and Trump's unethical behaviors.
