The Donald is in his late 70's.

What will become of the MAGA movement after Donald? Will it be exactly the same? Will it grow or fade away? If it lives on, what will it be in the future?

Thoughts?

Is Ron loyal to these principles though? There are some in his state who are working with Canadas Creepy Ones,.not even Biden or Obamas people did this, they were logal to American principles of civil liiberties, due process and moral.justice. I assure you we are far from MAGA or the values you have promoted for decades,.though our apparatus, with your assistance (and.from florida too); will happily lie about and destroy those who wish America and Trump to succeed..

We ain’t going back to the likes of Bush and Mc-shit-Stain…
To be fair I was aboard with Bush after Clinton and Macca was fine until his stunts later in the piece. I'm not a 100% agree or else person but Trump is so much ahead of both it's reality warping!!!

I'd say Ron is quite MAGA especially after Trump's success. But Maga has no negatives and there may be differences in opinion on how to get to the FINAL GOAL; USA No 1 BIGLY !!!

If Trump had been smeared in 2024, I'd guess it would have started to decay. Now? There are no direct analogs to use. This is a neo-fascist, oligarchical Theocracy Liteâ„¢. It's its own animal. I don't think there's any way to project where this goes after him.

Under that framework, my wild-ass guess is that there would be an Annointed One. Maybe Junior, but Vance certainly has the ability, and Johnson certainly fits the description as the perfect theocratic wingman. I don't think Trump's constant juvenile behavior is really needed now.

The Tech Brosâ„¢ would run the economy and control information distribution. Johnson plays Mullah. And Vance is the smooth-talking celebrity evangelist at the top. Trump is retired, protected, exalted, and is immortalized in statues that we are required to bow to as we walk by. Think North Korea.

How many Americans want to be our country's Heydriches and Himmlers is amazing.
I've seen this referred to as acting on "fear and favor".

So the politicians and oligarchs are essentially threatened, and they act out of self-preservation. When they do, they are rewarded, advanced and protected. As long as they stay in line. No one really thinks that Musk, Zuckerberg and Bezos view Trump as a brilliant, innovative statesman, do they?

It's all right there in front of us, right now.

And again, the world has seen it before.

What people do not realize is that MAGA is just an extension of the "Tea Party" movement, conservative populist social and political movement that emerged in 2009.
If you can remember back that far, Neo-Marxist Democrat leaders initially dismissed the Tea Party as "Astroturf," or a phony grassroots movement, by late 2009 and early 2010, events such as the Taxpayer March on Washington.
Then came the IRS targeting Tea Party scandal featuring Lois Lerner and Obama's henchman IRS Commissioner John Andrew Koskinen who fought off the Congressional investigation and ultimately saved by the Benghazi attack.
Therefore whether it is the Tea Party or MAGA conservatives, Neo-Marxist Democrats have attacked since 2009 and the movement evolved to be larger and more powerful.
Something people like you do not quite understand.
That is your history lesson for today. Do your homework.

MAGA begins to decline. This stuff started with Reagan, it further evolved with Gingrich. It morphed into the Tea Party and might be at its apex now. Don Jr will be the kingmaker in the future and since he likes JD Vance, expect him to be next. But by the time 2028 rolls around JD Vance won't stand a chance. You can probably be certain that a record number of people will be voting and very few will sit out the 2028 election. So unless Trump can somehow change the constitution or start a problem whereby he can implement martial law and call off elections, I think that MAGA is probably nearer to the end than to growing.

I asked Chat GPT how this has happened historically:

============

The rise of fascism throughout world history has often been enabled by a combination of social, economic, political, and psychological factors that make resistance difficult or ineffective. Some key reasons include:

1. Economic and Social Instability

  • Fascism often rises during periods of severe economic crises, mass unemployment, or social unrest. People in desperation may support radical solutions, even at the cost of democracy.
  • Historical examples: The Great Depression fueled the rise of Adolf Hitler in Germany and Benito Mussolini in Italy.

2. Manipulation of Fear and Nationalism

  • Fascist leaders exploit public fears—whether of economic decline, external enemies, or internal "traitors"—to consolidate power.
  • They use nationalist rhetoric to unify people under a common identity and against a perceived enemy.
  • Example: Nazi Germany used the Treaty of Versailles and antisemitic propaganda to rally support.

3. Gradual Erosion of Democracy

  • Fascists often come to power legally, through elections or by exploiting democratic institutions, before dismantling them from within.
  • Laws restricting free speech, assembly, and opposition parties are introduced incrementally, making it difficult to resist in time.
  • Example: Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany in 1933 and quickly passed the Enabling Act, granting him dictatorial powers.

4. Propaganda and Control of Information

  • Authoritarian regimes use state-controlled media, censorship, and disinformation to manipulate public perception.
  • People are bombarded with messaging that portrays the regime as a necessary protector.
  • Example: Mussolini’s Italy used mass media to glorify his rule and suppress dissent.

5. Suppression of Opposition

  • Fascist regimes crack down on political opponents, using violence, imprisonment, and assassinations.
  • Early resistance movements are often crushed before they can gain traction.
  • Example: The Blackshirts in Italy and the Brownshirts in Germany violently suppressed opposition parties.

6. Complacency and Underestimation

  • Many people, including politicians and intellectuals, underestimate the threat of fascism until it is too late.
  • Some believe they can control or moderate fascist leaders.
  • Example: German conservatives thought they could "control" Hitler after appointing him Chancellor.

7. Appeasement by Other Nations

  • International actors sometimes ignore or appease fascist regimes rather than confronting them early.
  • Example: Britain and France appeased Hitler in the 1930s, allowing him to expand without resistance.

8. Psychological Factors (Obedience & Conformity)

  • Many people conform to authority, even when it is oppressive, due to fear, loyalty, or societal pressure.
  • The "bandwagon effect" leads individuals to align with the dominant movement rather than oppose it.

Can It Be Prevented?

Stopping fascism requires early awareness, strong democratic institutions, free press, political engagement, and a willingness to resist authoritarianism before it consolidates power.

There has been no rise in fascism in America. Fascism has always existed in this country under various forms of isms. In America, this situation is simply a white racial backlash that started out of fear that was created when a black man became President.
