I don't know how many know his story but it's pretty remarkable one and I thought it was worth sharing.

That it is. Don't recall the title now but read a biography about him a few years ago. Unbelievable what a person can endure.

The Zamperini family is a very prominent family in Torrance, California. The municipal airport is called Zamperini field after Louis Zamperini. They are a fine people, a fine family. They are no doubt celebrating a life well lived.
