Loss of charitable contribution deduction

With 2022 tax-year filing coming up quickly, I'm disappointed that congress didn't renew the charitable deduction for us taxpayers who take the standard deduction. That $600 max limit for married couple x 22% = $132, would have had me receiving instead of owing.

The libs in charge don't believe in giving to charity, so they see little point in giving deductions for this.

After all, they see charities as encroaching on the government's turf.
