Watching an interview this morning by a top expert on the matter on the Frank Gaffney Securing America TV show, he was remarking that we are seeing a unique situation in global politics.

Countries all across Europe look to be pulling further military support for Israel, apparently being led by the USA, a unique situation considering that not only is Israel defending itself from attack, but that Israel's foes are now getting further backing from both Iran and China, so coming at the worst possible time for Israel. Meanwhile, Anthony Blinken is over there pressuring Israel to declare a ceasefire.

The point being that this is a unique situation for the USA to be pulling support for a close alley which is defending itself from heinous assault--- quite in contrast to how we have backed Ukraine. I wonder what would be our position if Ukraine were kicking Russia's ass killing thousands in the process? Gaffney believes this will only lead to more death and an even uglier, more protracted war in the region.

This is really simple… Western nations have lost the ability and willingness to identify Right and Wrong as such and to support Right, regardless of the political backlash it may create.

I think it is even simpler than that. Ever since the Vietnam War, the USA has increasingly become adverse to risk, fighting increasingly police actions which lead to nowhere but afraid to back real war. Even in the case of dealing with Russia, the USA is willing to sacrifice Ukraine as our proxy instead of actually fighting Russia ourselves directly.

Add to the matter, it now appears that it was the USA who blew the whistle on Israel and leaked top secret sensitive information on Israel's plans for counterattack against Iran to the mullahs. The Biden Administration is literally playing both sides now aiding a global regime in terrorism in opposing Israel, our best ally in the region, in defending herself against the Hamas terrorists.
