The adaptation of Graham Green's Monsieur Quixote last week was also brilliant .

In between some appalling comedy and sitcoms dating back decades, BBC Radio4 Extra broadcasts some wonderful gems .

If only their political news output ( TV and Radio) had not reached Pravda Cold War standards . It is laughably bad which means it is appalling .
