One of the biggest supporters of Socialized Medicine in the 20th Century was Adolf Hitler, Germany's fuhrer in the 1930's.
And although he imposed atrocities on the German people like his lauded Hitlercare program, he didn't use it himself. He instead obtained the services of the highly sought after Dr. Ted Morrell, a physician who turned down offers to work for the King of Romania and Shah of Iran to treat Mr. Hitler as a personal physician.
When I start seeing guys like Obama waiting in a line in a Washington DC clinic, I'll believe he's serious about healthcare. But right now, the evidence indicates that this is just a way to control the people.
