Yeah, it can be intense and unnerving at times, but we are usually aware of the ones that can be problematic. Thankfully, those are far and few between.

We did haircuts for Christmas this year. I felt so sorry for those who volunteered. But it was a huge hit. Some said they hadn't had a haircut in months
