I finished all of that project we worked on in PM's except answering 1 question. If I would just finish it I would have the entire weekend free and the rest of today to get out and do something

Yes I had to pay a penalty plus interest on the outstanding amounts for every month/year they were not paid. It was a sizeable amount.

I procrastinate but,.... knock on wood.... so far no late penalties no late submissions, I just wait until it's down to the wire and I'm sweating
