Even while online reports from the ground, including from People and TMZ, were saying that Nick Reiner was responsible and was a person of interest and/or suspect and was in custody and/or arrested, the Los Angeles Police Department held a nationally televised press conference in which they stated that there was no person of interest or suspect and that nobody was in custody or had been arrested.

Well, well, well.

We know how that turned out.

Could the same be true for the Nancy Guthrie case?
