I would fine the woman $15,000 and give her 5 years in jail, then award her $10,000 credit and a commuted sentence leaving a $5,000 fine and six months community service for leaving a mess for the township to clean up, but for also ridding the community of a useless criminal who no doubt, would have robbed others and cost the township a pretty penny to prosecute and house.
