How's that???

What exactly does she think the job of SOTUS is? To roll over whilel lower courts make idiotic decisions? Apparently she does think that.

She is unfit for any bench, let alone SCOTUS. What a pimple on the Court's behind she is.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson rebuked the Supreme Court's "repeated, gratuitous, and harmful interference" in a biting dissent as the conservative majority allowed President Donald Trump's administration to remove legal protections from more than 300,000 immigrants from Venezuela.
...
"I view today’s decision as yet another grave misuse of our emergency docket. This Court should have stayed its hand. Having opted instead to join the fray, the Court plainly misjudges the irreparable harm and balance-of-the-equities factors by privileging the bald assertion of unconstrained executive power over countless families’ pleas for the stability our Government has promised them," Jackson wrote in her dissent.
"Because, respectfully, I cannot abide our repeated, gratuitous, and harmful interference with cases pending in the lower courts while lives hang in the balance, I dissent," the justice wrote. Fellow liberal Justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor also opposed the majority's decision.

KBJ is out of touch out of time. With her confused mindset she should seriously consider retiring from public service. A retirement in a place like Waterville Washington(super sloooow lifestyle) where she can live life one day @ at time with a laid back population of quality people. The times are a CHANGING for sure & KBJ is obviously not able to comprehend that fact. I think KJB desires to run with the gazelles but lacks the ability to stay up with them.

She can't even define the word "woman", how can she define "harmful interference"?

What do you expect from a DEI appointment?

no one should appointed to a permanent job.... there needs to be terms for these "judges"....i say 10 years and you are gone....

Ketangi, a woman who doesn't even know what a woman is, now thinks she's qualified to lecture people.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is just one more example of why the Biden Administration will go down in history as one of the worst Presidential Administrations of all time! Who was it that thought this woman was a judicial heavyweight? You might not have agreed with some of the decisions of Ruth Bader Ginsberg but at least they were backed by intelligent reasoning. KBJ is embarrassingly unintelligent. DEI at it's worst!

The inferior time after time in human history, destroys civilizations. Not the only reason. Yet an important one.

Give her a psych test....bet she fails.

There must be a way of getting her off that bench.

"A Supreme Court Justice can be impeached, but it typically requires evidence of misconduct, such as criminal behavior or abuse of power, rather than simply ignorance of the law. Impeachment is a political process and is not solely based on a judge's legal knowledge or decisions."
It appears that unless Ketanji Brown Jackson does any of the sited above, we are stuck wit her.

First of all, this is just another proof why there shouldn’t be women on the SCOTUS.

More importantly is the assertion she makes that the US Government has some type of expectation to maintain a stable environment for individuals who are not here legally. The government doesn’t even have that expectation for citizens, never mind illegals.

From a very smart friend: "I’m convinced that Jackson isn’t even trying to persuade the other justices. She doesn’t even care if other liberal justices join her dissents. Her audience is not her colleagues, or even the legal community. It’s the voting public. She wants to use her dissents to deligitimize the Court from the inside and fuel the fire for adding more justices. There is no other way to explain her hyperbolic ranting."
