Summary:
  • in 2022 lady parks her food truck in an abandoned lot with no signage
  • tow truck company tows it and keeps food truck for 699 days and transfers truck into their name
* She got the truck back but it was stripped and badly damaged.
* jury says guilty. 6.9 million + 200k compensatory

I doubt she sees any money but these "Felons-R-Us" tow companies are as bad as scrap yards for hiring felons....And acting the part.

From the sound of the news story, the company was liquidating their assets before the verdict was read.

They knew what was coming and bailed before a court ordered asset seizure.

Likely another "Felons-R-Us" tow company bought the stuff.

She needs to go after the individuals who owned the company.
