I read a review. They say it is one of Bacon's best performances. I never heard of the movie and am generally not real big on supernatural/haunted movies, but it does sound interesting and I'll be looking for it to check out.

I saw it when it was orginally released. I have only a very faint memory of it. I could not say if it was any good or bad.

It certainly didn't make a lasting impression, but most movies don't.
