All the while, awaiting extradition to the US.

They want to break him to the point where he can never be a credible witness
if ever called to testify about Seth Rich or anything like that.
It's a safe bet that if Hillary had won in 2016,
Julian would be in Guantanamo or dead by now. But Washington in general
just wants to shut Wikileaks down as a message to anyone who dares take on the empire.
