Who runs the country? When Biden was in office, obviously, he wasn't running it. Now that Trump is in office, apparently he doesn't run it neither. The country is being run by judicial fiat from lower courts who have appointed themselves over the POTUS as new heads of the Administrate State. Who has been the primary actors in blocking the federal government and the will of 77 million people?
