Who runs the country? When Biden was in office, obviously, he wasn't running it. Now that Trump is in office, apparently he doesn't run it neither. The country is being run by judicial fiat from lower courts who have appointed themselves over the POTUS as new heads of the Administrate State. Who has been the primary actors in blocking the federal government and the will of 77 million people?
  • George O'Toole Jr. - picked by Bill Clinton. He is acting to stop Trump from offering workers paid leave and moving a transgender woman and is acting on behalf of a single woman and a few unions.
  • Loren AliKhan - picked by Joe Biden. He blocked Trump from pausing federal funding minutes before it was scheduled to take effect after a group of nonprofit and public health organizations filed a lawsuit.
  • Deborah Boardman - picked by Joe Biden. She ordered a pause on Trump's executive order ending birthright citizenship in a lawsuit brought by immigrant rights groups and several expectant mothers.
  • Angel Kelley - picked by Joe Biden. Blocking Trump's cuts in health research after state AGs sued.
  • Paul Engelmayer - picked by Obama. He is blocking the DOGE from accessing Treasury records because a bunch of democrat AGs complained.
  • Amy Berman Jackson - picked by Obama. Known for her criticism of Trump and presided over the Russia investigation, including the prosecutions of Roger Stone and Paul Manafort.
  • John McConnell - picked by Obama. He is trying to block all freezing of federal funding because blue states complained.
  • John Coughenour - picked by Reagan. Trying to block removal of birthright citizenship because four states complained.
  • Royce Lamberth - picked by Reagan. Blocking the moving of three transgender women after they filed suit.
  • Joseph Laplante - picked by GW Bush. Blocking ending birthright citizenship, saying he wasn't persuaded by the administration's reasons. I guess we need his personal approval.
  • Carl Nichols - picked by Trump. Issued a temporary hold on laying off 3,000 USAID employees.
So apparently, a few transgender women, nonprofit groups, a few expectant mothers, and some AGs from blue states have standing to supersede the President of the United States in running his own federal agencies, yet in 2020 when Texas sued over gross lapses in the 2020 election which could directly and severely impact their state through the illegal certification of Joe Biden, the state's case was thrown out for lack of standing.

Odd, none of them have an enforcement arm behind them.

One was just a public defender before she was picked to be a magisterial judge able to obstruct a president and all over a few pregnant illegal immigrants and an immigrant's rights group tying up the entire United States.
