So, Puerto Rico has a race problem? Did white male conservatives all move there or something? I thought they were the problem in the world today. But then, democrats have to blame the higher crime rates there on something, so it seems racism and white males is the best group to blame. In fact, it is the only thing they know to blame since that is the source of all the world's problems, much like Hitler viewed the Jews.
