Jet-like Vehicle Appears on Highway

Wonder if those guys followed the vehicle ...? I know that I'd be curious to know what was going on.

The machine appears to have the nose and canopy of a fighter jet, with a single nose-wheel completing the 'Top Gun' look. Rudimentary wings sprout from either side of the cockpit, which contains two helmeted individuals seemingly oblivious to the stares of onlookers.
