Well, it had to happen, it has been almost two years now since Jeff Beck passed away of an acute infection in his head. His cars and his instruments--- well, his cars are another matter but finally after all this time, Jeff's wife has relented to part with his instruments.
Jeff lived in an historic home, actually registered with the government and almost like a museum you could not modify or alter it, his many rare cars, mostly 1940s Ford hot rods that Jeff lovingly restored, fixed up and maintained by his own hands, and now his instruments, some 90 iconic guitars plus amps and many other things. Truth be told, Jeff's first love was actually his cars! But his guitars were the tools of his trade and now they will be put up for auction in London soon, all of them iconic having been played with legendary artists and at immortal times and concerts, still with the marks of Jeff's own hands having played them for years.
