The court should hear this case for the sake of justice. If they do not they are shitting on the system they are suppose to defend. Does this count as the third sentence?
'The federal government has effectively declared a jihad, or a holy war, on everyone within sight of Jan. 6,' attorney says

I hate epoch times. If I click on a link and there's a paywall welp guess it's not important enough to read and I'm never gonna "sign in with Google"

1/6 rightwing domestic terrorists have been appropriately charged and prosecuted in accordance with the law – they have only themselves to blame.

Once again the reprehensible right attempts to defend the indefensible.

Will Roberts and another “conservative” cuck out again?
I hope not. What is going on is an abuse of power. Nowhere in the vicinity of equal justice.
