Comey tried to have his cake and eat it too, there was nothing she could be prosecuted for, yet he chose to be political and disparage her in public...after the department had already made the decision that she didn't do anything criminal that he could prosecute her for....
Comey was trying to help Republicans in the Presidential race have talking points against Clinton.... it back fired and now the R congress critters are trying to eat their own....even though Comey clearly tried to give them fodder in his unprecedented announcement of the Clinton server and Clinton investigation.
Comey can't be fired, he has a 10 year appointment so that he can be free of any worry of being fired for going against a President.....or for any partisan reason.
wrong.....he didn't put her under oath, and the behavior of using bleach bit, destroying subpoenad emails, using an illegal private server, destroying electronic devices with hammers, refusing to surrender 11 other electronic devices.....lying about how many she had....all go to intent to conceal criminal activity......
She was not required by law to turn over her private emails, they were hers to do with them as she pleased....if she wanted to delete them and beach bit them, that was her decision to make...the government rules on email requires that you DO NOT send them any of your personal emails to government archived for the govt records.
Out of the 15000 additional emails the FBI were able to recover, there was one and only 1 email from Benghazi, which was a thank you note from a diplomat or General, that was not already in the emails she turned over.
