Yeahhhh, right. I think the British tried that last time, and we ended up with a new government. You're done Martin.

I agree—this is a "moral outrage & nat'l disgrace." If Congress doesn't have courage to act, let's use EOs. -O'M https://twitter.com/nytopinion/status/672981119244046337…

Tell the bastard to come get mine...

In person...

I missed the part where he said anything about 'complete gun confiscation.'

Rainwater O'Malley never had a chance to begin with. His opinion is no more relevant than Meryl Streep's.

None of these america-hating libs want complete gun confiscation. They want the govt to still have millions of guns. Same with rich people. They'd love to see an "annual ownership tax" of like $1000 per gun per year for private citizen gun ownership. Then they could say everyone still has the right to own a gun but realistically only the rich would.

O'Malley never had a chance anyways..hell he will probably go UP in the polls with the leftard voters.

Obungles can try and use an EO but SCOTUS will slap him silly

Maybe but it's not the call of SCOTUS. Congress or the states need to stand up and tell obozo that he is not allowed to write laws and that's what his EOs are.

If he really wants to confiscate guns, at least give him credit for being honest. That's more than we can say about your average Democrat who does want to confiscate guns, but says they don't--they just want more regulation.

That is still yet to be determined. Just when you count O'Malley out, he's winning. Believe me, I know, I've been watching it happen for years. His re-election bid was supposed to be impossible. In any event I'm pretty sure that O'Malley never intended to be the nominee. But he's a hands-on favorite to be the running mate, regardless of whether the nomination goes to Clinton or Sanders.
