"Bikers", along with Triathalon members are known for over-abusing themselves with high stress programs and competitions.
This can put the same kind of stress and problems on a vascular system and heart, as over-eating and laziness. Probably a bit more so.
As with all things..........if you don't mediate it and watch what you are doing to yourself, you can cause lots of problems for yourself.
Or end yourself early.
