Israel is considering annexation in the West Bank as a possible response to France and other countries recognizing a Palestinian state, according to three Israeli officials, and the idea will be discussed further on Sunday, another official said.

Extension of Israeli sovereignty to the West Bank was on the agenda for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's security cabinet meeting late on Sunday, which isexpected to focus on the Gaza war, a member of the small circle of ministers said.

It is unclear where precisely any such measure would be applied and when, whether only in Israeli settlements or some of them, or in specific areas of the West Bank like the Jordan Valley, and whether any concrete steps, which would likely entail a lengthy legislative process, would follow discussions.

It is inevitable and unstoppable that Israel should annex much of Judea and Samaria and the only thing left to discuss is the timing.

The Zionists can't live in peace on any land stolen from the Palestinians, or any others, now that Iran has empowered it's proxies with weapons that get the message through to Tel Aviv.

And it does appear that Iran has become safe and untouchable against US/Ziionist aggression.

Nuclear is no longer the threat and is still out of the question. It was only a matter of time before the Zionist regime and the US became vulnerable to superior weapons.
Zionist religious fantasies aren't worth a US aircraft carrier!

Those parts of the world which hate Almighty God already want to nuke the Jews out of existence.

I don't think appeasing the extremists that hate the Jews is going to lessen their hatred. Au contraire, I'd suspect that surrendering Judea and Samaria would just whet the appetite of antisemites to press for their "final solution".

The timing is being unilaterally set by France, UK, Australia, and Canada with their threat of recognition for Palestine. It doesn't leave Israel with any choice but to set the borders to ensure her security.

As Muslims often say, first the Saturday people, then the Sunday people.
