All the time with the Israelis maintaining air superiority and surface control, with actual American naval assets looming on the horizen for effect and just-in-case...
The landing craft then dump the Gazans... all of them... on the Iranian coast; each with a luggage-stroller & backpack containing...
A blanket
A waterproof poncho
A sun-hat
Two changes of clothing
A winter coat with hood or hat
An extra pair of sandals
A small tent with poles and stakes
$1,000 in Iranian Rials
A cheap cell phone that works on Iranian cell-towers and stops working after 30 days
A compass
Freeze-dried rations to feed the refugee for a week
Canteen(s) with enough good water to last the refugee for a week
A thirty-day supply of whatever medicine(s) they need to sustain life and health
A first-aid kit
A miniature Q'uran
A second empty backpack for any personal items they want to bring with them
...and a signed note promising that if they ever show their face again in Gaza or the West Bank they will be shot or imprisoned...

It's about time Egypt and the other Arab states accept responsibility for what they have done in Gaza in order to keep the conflict going and offer to help remedy it.
You may be stupid enough to think Egypt will go to war to keep the so called Palestinians from leaving Gaza, but the Egyptians are not.
