Isn't it time for Karoline Leavitt to go to the podium and say trump was just kidding?

Danish pension fund to sell $100 million in Treasurys, citing ā€˜poor’ U.S. government finances

Danish pension operator AkademikerPension said it is exiting U.S. Treasurys because of finance concerns as Denmark spars with President Donald Trump over his threats to take over Greenland.

Anders Schelde, AkademikerPension’s investing chief, said the decision was driven by what it sees as ā€œpoor [U.S.] government financesā€ amid America’s debt crisis. But it also comes as tensions escalate between the U.S. and Denmark after Trump’s latest threats to tariff European countries if Greenland, an arctic territory of Denmark, isn’t sold to the U.S.

ā€œIt is not directly related to the ongoing rift between the [U.S.] and Europe, but of course that didn’t make it more difficult to take the decision,ā€ Schelde said in a statement to CNBC.

ā€œIt is not directly related to the ongoing rift between the [U.S.] and Europe............Come now, who is kidding who? Of course it's related to trump's threats. The timing makes it obvious.

In the grand scheme of things $100M isn't a big holding in treasuries. Countries like China and Japan own billions. It's more about what it says. Namely, other countries have ways to retaliate against trump. Who is clearly out of control as he rages against all things.

It's not going to matter to US interest rates even if trump appoints a sycophant to the Fed in an environment with the bond market sending yields higher in the face of uncertainty over just how much of a dangerous fool trump really is.

She didn't have to. He went to Davos and announced to the world he was putting his idiocy in full reverse.

The top 10% of richest Americans own 87% of stocks. The top 1% alone own roughly half of all stocks. It's worth pointing out once again that the stock market is not the economy.

Why am I sharing this? Because they asked Pam Bondi about the Epstein file and she brings up the Dow is over 50,000?

So Trump can do anything he wants as long as the Dow is over 50,000?

Trump has repeatedly cited stock market gains as a barometer for his presidency after being elected to a second term amid voter concerns about rising prices for consumer goods.

When it comes to congressional hearings it was one of the all time worst deflections in recent history.

Democrats are at 18% approval, so any distraction helps cloud the real issues.

No one likes democrat policies, not even half the democrats.

I saw dipshit Lindsay Graham doubled down on the Greenland fetish at the Munich Conference.

What has happened 0mto that dude's brain? I never saw him as particularly smart or competent; he is more of a master twostepper and gladhandler.

But something has broken, in Lindsay's brain.

As of early 2026, President Donald Trump's job approval rating has hit new second-term lows, with polls in late 2025 and early 2026 showing approval dipping to between 36% and 37%. This decline is driven largely by eroding support among independent voters and a slight dip within his own Republican base, with disapproval ratings rising to around 60%.

So which is lower, Trump at 36% or democrats at 18%?

trump announced via social media that after rigorous study ;) the 10% tariffs he declared yesterday have been raised to 15%. This is when Karoline explains to the American people Don is going to take a little time off for some needed rest.

Just imagine how this batshyte crazy behavior is being viewed around the world.
