Is there an amount of money lost by the US taxpayer that we should "draw the line" between fraud and treason?

Fraud is fraud..

I do think America needs to define an amount where fraud becomes treason, the act of waging economic warfare against America.

Global Warming IMO was fraud in the 1990s, treason by 2007. Why? because it kept growing (and 2007 is when W/Mukasey made it above the law) and has now cost the taxpayer $20+ trillion.

Covid is almost as bad in cost to America, and offed many many more innocent Americans.

I do think this is worth doing, having a panel of "economic experts" give Congress a range of what amount of financial loss Uncle Sam has to suffer before fraud becomes treason.

Unfortunately, there are too many grey areas where politicians could use lawfare against the opposing party. And, both sides come up with their own facts, so, who wins? Both sides present their "facts" and the preponderence of the evidence determines the winner? I'm about sick to death of both parties using lawfare against each other to the point where maybe we should get rid of all laws, attorneys, courts, etc and bring back the Old West. Wouldn't be any different than what we have now but at least the taxpayers wouldn't have to pay all the expenses.

I agree with that, but I still think it isn't hard to call

a trillion dollar loss to the American taxpayer solely caused by fraud TREASON

I would put it at $1 billion.

The only problem is some cases could be deemed more clear cut while most would all be off into the weeds.

We're talking about the really big ones here, CO2 FRAUD and Covid.

CO2 FRAUD was proven as fraud no later than 2007 only to be swept under the rug by every AG from Mukasey to Garland.

Covid will be more difficult to prove, but the DEATH TOLL is way higher.

You are correct that the smaller ones will cause a lot of "fussing" but WE NEED TO GET THE BIG ONES and EVERYONE INVOLVED MUST GET

DEATH AND TOTAL ASSET FORFEITURE

I don't see how you can just talk about the really big ones when once the can of worms is opened, it is open season for everything.

You do realize panels of "experts" were used to justify Global Warming and COVID spending fraud?

You would "start at the top" and work down, and it is highly debatable whether DOJ could or would "keep pace" there.

Trump is already talking military tribunal for homO.

SPENDING fraud, yes, but both of those groups

CO2 FRAUd
Covid Liars

are hopefully in line for "justice" soon. The DOJ had the CO2 FRAUD case in 2007 but W/Mukasey spiked it. I am absolutely nauseated it isn't out yet.

Covid may actually have more people "convictable" of treason than 911 or CO2 FRAUd.
