Not sure what else you expect from them. They identified the killer and caught up with him, but he was already dead when he was.

Now, it would be nice if a mentally unstable person like this was identified before he started shooting, but when you make it easy for crazy people to get guns and hard for them to get treatment, you should probably expect shit like this.

I looked at the Wikipedia page listing famous people who were from Rhode Island and couldn't find one single name I recognized.

Maybe we should trade that state back to the British for something useful.

I lived in Newport and Portsmouth RI when I was in the Navy. When I needed a new refrigerator in 1990, I had to go to Massachusetts and have it delivered. Couldn't find one locally.
