Is the seeming dump of information about UFO and alien technology largely true?

I personally am of the belief that there is a huge amount of truth in what appears to be a massive dump of information related to the topic of UFO's or alien technology that has been coming out over these past few months.

I believe that there are people who want to get us into fear over this information so that we will gladly finance investing in the type of technology that could be useful against what may well be technology far beyond our own, but that does not negate the fact that a lot of this information is the most logical and reasonable larger truth when all the evidence is considered?

Here is what I think of as an excellent lecture on this topic that will tend to appeal to somebody who takes the Jewish and Christian scriptures seriously.

What do you personally think of the assertion by twenty five year veteran of the FBI John De Souza, that some life forms who either are alien, [or who want to be perceived as being aliens], seem to be able to meet with us humans. Yes, De Souza is trying his best to give all of us a good warning about what we are truly up against.
