I think they are. Five Proud Boys charged for J6 are suing for 100 million dollars for egregious violations of their constitutional rights. Frankly, I think that is kind of light. Maybe it would be better if the money were coming straight out of the corrupt deep pockets of Joe Biden and Merrick Garland.
All in all, the federal government should owe billions for the heinous, disgusting manner in which it treated the political prisoners of J6. I hope they win.
