Stop the supply, demand is forced to subside. Expand the supply and facilitate goods to market through lax enforcement, you sustain and increase demand.

There is war with Mexico and there is war with cartels. Looks like you are saying Mexico and the cartels are one and the same.

Your personal insults aside, Americans are sick and tired of international crime syndicates attacking America. If the countries where the criminal organizations are not capable or not willing to stop or hinder them, then the US can and should - even if it is perceived as going to war with that nation.
