I don't care for the blue font in New Topics, think a dark red would look better, otherwise it's a nice refresher.

There are other upgrades that could make the forum better, but hey, that's for another thread.

Also, what is the deal with the NEW banner on every sub forum? Does this thing ever go away? Some of them have not had news posts in over a week or longer.
