The Iran government did an act of great character and great wisdom in their restrained response to the U.S. bombing of Iran's nuclear facilities by giving the defensive authorities a heads-up and just conducting a missile attack on two U.S. bases one in Iraq and one in Qatar so no civilians were killed through collateral damage of the bombings. It was reported that Iran did the following privately to the U.S. government if it really wants to be prudent it will do so publicly it should come out and say this bombing Monday was the only and final response of Iran to the U.S.'s Saturday bombing, Iran believes it has vindicated it's right of self-defense in this response, the Iran government asks all its allies and supporters to accept the Iran government's decision here and not retaliate against America and its interests over this matter. The reason is that many of the terrorist groups allied or supporters of Iran including self-radicalized terrorists could cause great harm by committing a terrorist act they believe is a just response to America' s Saturday attack and the fallout is that the country of Iran would be blamed in many circles for the acts, so it is extremely valuable to peace that Iran publicly try to stop further violence. Iran's comments explaining its restrained response are compelling that this bombing by America was not authorized by America's parliament that this was a solo response my America's President who was unduly influenced by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Let me add as an American that this act of war committed by President Donald Trump this past Saturday was the straw that broke the camel's back President Trump cares deeply about his legacy his rogue behavior since he started his second term with this Iran bombing act hit the tipping point. The Iran bombing violated the Constitution, the Constitution vests the sole power to declare war with Congress I don't think the framers vested this power with Congress and thought it permissible that the President could unilaterally go off and commit an act of war that justly could put America in a war. The fact that Iran treated this act of war as a one off act doesn't negate the egregious wrong of this act what Iran's response was Iran's Quds force conducted a drone operation, these one-way drones that have killed a lot of Ukrainian soldiers that Iran is well known for, on a U.S. base in the Middle East and killed a dozen U.S. soldiers, Presidents like all government officials should not be permitted to exceed their authority.
President Trump's crossing the line behavior here will one day definitely bring a change to the Constitution expanding conditions that will bring impeachment. Today the conditions are treason, bribery and high crimes and misdemeanors; after and because of President Trump it will be amended to stop Presidents that want to act like Kings. It will add a broad condition like if a President profoundly misuses Presidential authority that causes significant harm and the totality of the circumstances of the wrongful act or acts support the result of impeachment Congress may impeach the President. In the Congressional record will be put at least the following types of acts meeting this condition which President Trump has committed or teased committing, using the national guard and the military to take over multiple cities without justification, disobeying rulings of the Supreme Court, conducting a DOGE operation meaning cutting en masse federal spending programs authorized by Congress acting like the President has the authority to override Congress's power on spending and ignoring Congress's power to declare war and deploying the military in a manner that is justly an act of war and there is no immediate threat providing exigent circumstances for such a move.
Iran should not withdraw from the Nuclear Weapons Non-Proliferation Treaty and not pursue building a nuclear weapon, Iran cannot be sure a future Iranian government would not be tempted to directly or indirectly use the weapon against Israel which would bring complete destruction of the country of Iran. Iran probably not with the current American administration but definitely with a future American Democrat administration will be able to get a JCPOA agreement like the one that existed during the Obama administration which gave fair people throughout the world peace of mind Iran wasn't building a nuclear weapon. The Iran government should not overreact to developments that have occurred during the past month, Iran is the victim here the Israeli government and the Trump administration acted unjustly here the majority of the Free World sees it this way Iran don't take on the act of villain because of these bad actors stay prudent stay the course for the best interest of your people!
