There is a very real change Joe Biden could finish 4th in the Iowa Caucuses. If you’re candidate doesn’t make the first tier then their supporters can crossover to support other candidates in second round of voting. Looks like Warren and Sanders could pick up voters there. Seems Pete Buttediege
