I'm running a reverse osmosis system followed by activated carbon filtration on my well water. Even removes microplastics, not even to mention lead and PFAs and that kinda stuff.

I had homes with well water and it was yummy, it was tested clean, my brother has a house out in nowhere on a natural spring and that water is really good. my city water has chlorine in it, not bad for the shower, acts as a disinfectant but for drinking water I have a culligan, I mean the tap water does not taste bad as it is, not strong but it can have an odor

I live in Kansas. Decades of farmers have been dumpling shit into the aquifer. I don't trust it.

They were in the past and they should be again for strategic reasons... but our leaders have screwed that pooch a long time ago.... they hitched our wagon to China instead...
And we got covid and stolen tech and a military threat as large as our military....

if russia had slave labor they would be our buddy but they don't have over 1B people to make our stuff. As I recall nixon opened the door, before that they were just poor farmers, rode bicycles around and now look at china thanks to us. we created a monster

That is kinda mean, a simple thread about water turned into politics. I might not care for his thought process but he has the right to it to be fair and balanced. keep politics in those forums
