BTW, I just heard that after ordering 300,000 people to flee LA, the police telling people stuck in traffic jams to leave their cars where they are, just get out and run for their lives on foot, the city of LA is now handing out parking tickets to abandoned cars. Most of the people in our prisons are born and bred Americans, knowing $10/day isn't sht for the work and chances they take providing this assistance in time of need. I suspect that the arsonist would be treated pretty much like a kiddy diddler in the general population, especially by those that had to fight the fire. Heck, $10 Dollars won't even buy a pack of smokes in California.
