Yan fled the prison on Dec. 10, 2024, but was arrested by agents later that day.

Escape from custody is one of the few charges where there is no "alleged". She either escaped prison or not.....If she was not on the unit for count and they had to go find her that pretty much narrows it down.....She escaped.

The only question now is how much more time gets tacked on to her sentence in court.

If she committed no further crime other than the crime of escape, it's usually a year tacked-on and she will lose any "good time" accumulated if her original sentence and fed guidelines allowed for it.

I bet the ***** won't be going back to Danbury.

FCI Danbury is a low security prison with a satellite camp in Connecticut.

Likely she will go to FCI Hazelton in WV. It's the highest security fed women's prison, basically a medium security prison with a small high security unit within it.
