If China takes advantage of the cuts to USAID, and starts to ramp up "investing" in poor countries and continents like Africa to make them dependent on their loans and risk losing their land, all nations should unite in assessing the TRUE economic debts and damages inflicted on national and global economy and populations by Chinese release and spread of the pandemic virus. Adding up the TRUE costs of lives and resources lost from that disastrous genocidal leak of an unnaturally dangerous and deadly contagious coronavirus should provide plenty of capital leverage to justify buying back or forgiving debts to China and reclaiming land bought with Chinese capital that benefits the Chinese party govt. They should be held to pay damages not only to nations of the world, but for human rights violations and genocide of their own people who also should be able to reclaim land and property as restitution.
