The Democrats have shown us they are not bound by our laws or the Constitution so no, there is no way to stop them from blowing up our border again after Trump fixes it.

in this case it might be a treaty , ratified by the senate.

I'm hoping that every EO that Trump issues is then turned into law (or treaty). That way it can't just vanish when more democrat filth is elected.
