ā€˜Current and former officials are reportedly frustrated that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency hasn’t been able to arrest and detain more people in recent months, despite ICE getting an unprecedented $45 billion in new funding to expand its detention capacities as part of the Trump administration’s ā€œBig, Beautiful Billā€ spending package in July.

The average number of migrants in custody per day has barely grown since the infusion of funding, while immigration arrests have fallen 11 percent since June and remain well below the administration’s reported 3,000-person-per-day goal, though deportations have tripled overall since January.

ā€œThere’s extreme frustration that the president’s agenda — when it comes to ICE beds, and therefore deportations — is not going to happen,ā€ a former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employee told The Atlantic, which reported on the alleged internal tensions.

ā€œThe White House worked for months to get the reconciliation bill over the finish line. Why did you just lobby Congress for months saying you needed the money if you don’t intend to spend it?ā€ā€

Waste. Fraud. Abuse. - the answer.

That Trump’s racist, bigoted immigration agenda is floundering comes as no surprise, the consequence of this administration’s shambolic incompetence.

Deportations have tripled since January! Sound very good to me. Just keep doing it! I'd be happier if it were quintupled, but I sure they're working on it.

I call tripling deportations a major success.

Who would have thought that taking half a billion from local law enforcement and giving it to ICE would mean that local law enforcement might have trouble keeping up. Whatever is this world coming to.

It’s comes as no surprise that Trump’s racist, bigoted immigration agenda would end up a massive fiasco.
Open borders was a fiasco. Have you forgotten the videos? Trump and Noem have deported 2-million already. Success.

The Trump administration is on pace to shatter historic records and deport nearly 600,000 illegal aliens by the end of President Donald Trump’s first year since returning to office. Two million illegal aliens have left the United States in less than 250 days, including an estimated 1.6 million who have voluntarily self-deported and more than 400,000 deportations.

Who would have thought Democrat controlled states would refuse to help ICE?

The idea isn’t to detain them any longer, it’s to get them processed and back home. What sort of animal wants to keep them longer then we have to??

Except it's not. You are just spamming shit talk now.

The deportations are great. We never wanted those fuckers here.
