The street was one way, 3 lanes wide, with extra room on each side for vehicle parking. Officer Ross even drove around her to park on the other side showing she wasn't impeding ICE from proceeding.

Was she wrong for parking perpendicular and blocking 1 maybe 1.5 lanes of traffic? Yes. Was it a local traffic violation for local cops? Yes.

Was it a capital offense? Normally not, but in her case yes. Because DHS Agents were acting outside their jurisdiction, she ended up with a bullet in the brain.

There is no verifiable evidence for any of this story. “Maria” without a full name, no photo or video of her or the incident. No way to verify if she is actually a US citizen, or what DHS was doing if they were even involved.

At this point it sounds like a total fabrication.
