The more you do it, the easier it gets. I hurt my hamstring in 2020, and it only healed about a year ago, and I've been running for a year, when I can, and I feel so much better, but took months to get to the point where it wasn't difficult.

Therefore, Wegovy® cannot be considered in the recently decided DMP (Disease Management Program) for Obesity by the G-BA – the G-BA has no discretion in this matter.

Right now it looks like a wonder drug
 
Start slow so you don't get injured, this is important, but once you get going, either increase the number of reps or increase the weight, you will start getting stronger almost immediately, and as you keep lifting, your attitude about your fitness will begin to change. Your mind, as well as your body, begin to improve.
 
As your strength and endurance increases, gradually increase how long/far you walk and increase how much you lift.

You don’t need to increase reps. Same number of reps with gradually increasing the weight. High reps/low weight is a waste of your time. Aim for low reps/heavy weight.

Try to go for a long-ish walk everyday. Don’t you live in Austria? Beautiful scenery. Listen to some music. Make it enjoyable as possible.

It gets easier. Every day it gets a little easier. But you gotta do it every day — that's the hard part. But it does get easier.
